Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Wanda Campos, trading as Thames Fox Games, London, United Kingdom ("we", "us") for using Dashlings ("the game"). By playing you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and, if you redeem gift cards, the Rewards Programme Terms.

1. Who can play

Anyone can play. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of the game, including purchases.

2. Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in with Google. If you sign in, keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity on it. One account per person. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The game, its characters, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors.

4. Virtual items

Coins, gems, power-ups, characters, pets, hats and other virtual items ("Virtual Items") are a licence to use content inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are not personal property. The only items that can be exchanged for gift cards are reward points, under the Rewards Programme Terms.

Some rewards are random (the wheel and chests). Their chances are always shown before you use them. Chests bought with gems need a grown-up's confirmation for players under 18.

We may change the balance of the game (for example prices in coins or how many coins a level gives). We will not take away Virtual Items you bought with real money, except in cases of fraud, refunds or breach of these terms.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

6. Ads

The game shows ads, including optional rewarded videos that give in-game items such as coins or an extra try. Rewarded videos never give reward points or anything that can be exchanged for money, and they are not available on boss levels.

7. Fair play

You must not cheat, use bots, emulators, scripts or modified versions of the game, exploit bugs, interfere with our servers, create multiple accounts to gain rewards, or use the game to harass anyone or break the law. If you do, we may remove items or points gained unfairly, suspend or close your account and cancel pending gift card requests.

Leaderboard scores that are impossible or obtained unfairly may be removed.

7a. Languages

The game is available in several languages. These terms and our other legal documents are written in English; if a translation is ever provided and differs, the English version applies, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the game running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. We may update the game, add or remove features or end the game. If we end the game, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the game where reasonably possible.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as section 9) continue after these terms end.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring them in your local courts. Please contact us first at support@thamesfoxgames.com and we will try to resolve any problem.

13. Apple users

If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support.
