Rewards Programme Terms

These terms explain how reward points work in Dashlings and how they can be exchanged for gift cards. The programme is run and paid for by Wanda Campos, trading as Thames Fox Games, London, United Kingdom. They add to our Terms of Use.

Apple and Google are not sponsors of this programme and are not involved in it in any way.

1. Free to take part

The programme is free. You never need to pay or buy anything to earn reward points, and buying things does not help you earn them. Points are earned through skill (completing levels), not chance, and never by watching ads.

2. Who can take part

Players who have signed in with a Dashlings account, in any country, except where prize promotions like this one are prohibited or restricted by local law (in that case the programme is not available there). You are responsible for making sure you can take part where you live. Players aged 18 or over must pass an age check before their first gift card. Players under 18 can take part only with a parent's or guardian's approval for each gift card (see section 5).

3. Earning points

• Points are only earned by completing boss levels (levels 10, 20, 30 and so on) for the first time, in order. Replaying a completed boss level gives no points.
• Each boss level gives at least 10 points, with more on higher levels as shown in the game.
• On boss levels everyone plays with the same rules: character abilities, power-ups, pet bonuses and reviving (with gems or videos) are switched off.
• You can earn up to 100 points per day.
• Points are recorded by our servers. Points shown in the game before our server confirms them are not valid.

4. Value and redemption

• Gift cards are offered in your local currency, in the amounts shown in the game. The number of points needed for each card is shown before you redeem it and is set so that 1,000 points are worth about 1 US dollar, converted at approximate exchange rates that we review from time to time.
• Choose the currency of the country where you live. Gift cards are sent in that currency. If a card for your country is not available, we will offer a similar card or another currency, or return your points.
• One redemption per day. Points are deducted when you make a request.
• We review requests before sending, usually within 1 to 3 working days. Gift cards are sent by email to the address shown in the game, through our provider Tremendous, which may let you choose between gift cards available in your country. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and may only work in the country they are issued for.
• Any taxes or duties on prizes in your country are your responsibility, unless the law says otherwise.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for anything other than the gift cards offered in the game.

5. Players under 18

The player enters the email address of a parent or guardian. We email them to approve or decline. To approve, they must pass an adult age check. If they approve, the gift card is sent to them. If they decline, or the age check shows they are not an adult, the request is cancelled and the points are returned to the player.

6. Age checks

Age checks are done by Stripe with a credit card check (nothing is charged) or an ID document and selfie. We only keep the result. If an age check shows that a player who said they were an adult is under 18, their account is treated as a child's account from then on. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Fraud

We may refuse or cancel requests and remove points earned by cheating, automation, modified apps, multiple accounts, fake ad views or any other abuse, and we may close the accounts involved.

8. Where the programme is available

Taking part is free: nothing you buy in the game helps you earn points (see section 3). Apple and Google are not sponsors of the programme and are not involved in it in any way. If an app store's rules ever require it, we may switch the programme off in that version of the game; points already confirmed stay in your account and you can still redeem them.

9. Changes and ending the programme

We may change point values, daily limits or available gift cards for future earnings, or end the programme, with at least 30 days' notice in the game. Before the programme ends you can redeem any balance that reaches a gift card amount. Points already confirmed will not be reduced except in cases of fraud or error.
