Delete your Dashlings account and data

In the game (fastest):

Open Dashlings.
Tap ⚙ Settings on the main menu.
Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
Tap Delete forever to confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.

By email: if you can no longer open the game, email support@thamesfoxgames.com from the Google account you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Dashlings account". We will delete it and confirm within one month (usually within a few days). Parents and guardians can ask us to delete their child's account in the same way.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account (Google sign-in link and email address).

Your game progress and cloud save: levels, coins, gems, characters, items, settings and records.

Your age group and any purchase records linked to your account in our database.

Your entries on the weekly leaderboard.

If you play as a guest (without signing in), your progress is stored only on your phone. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in your phone's settings, deletes it.

What is kept, and for how long

Payments: Google Play keeps its own records of anything you bought, under Google's terms. Deleting your Dashlings account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.

Crash reports (only from adults who allowed them): deleted automatically within 90 days.

Gameplay statistics (only from adults who allowed them): deleted automatically within 14 months.

Emails you sent us: up to 2 years.

Gift card records (only where the rewards programme is available): 6 years, because the law requires us to keep accounting records.
